Everybody who has followed the career of Modern Talking also knows the unbelievable story of Thomas Anders and Dieter Bohlen. Founded in 1984, the duo had their first hit with the song "You're my heart, you're my soul". They straight went to the top position in 35 countries. When they separated three years later, they could look back at more than 60 million sold albums. But the insanity still continued. Their comeback in 1998 showed, where Modern Talking belongs: to the top of the charts.
Modern Talking presents their latest album "Year of the dragon" it in the ancient tradition of the Chinese chronology. While the western hemisphere counts the days of the new millennium, Asia celebrates the change to the year of the dragon not until February. Punctual to February 26th, Modern Talking presents their ninth album "2000 - Year of the dragon"

Read many comments and indeed, US have almost no knowledge about MT. Here people like their own things than outer. Lately combinations of internet compelled to transreference with overseas. It has been known for a long time to diminish influence of German and culture of them to the world, in among certain narrow group of people from Amey willosica and gain by ignoring.

hi all the fan of modern talking. can any one tell me that how i can get the last concert of modern talking that was held in berlin at 21.06.2003. i get 18 videos at youtube but i think those videos are not the real one.

I always listen to music of Modern Talking because the lyrics and music system of this band is excellent. Modern talking is not the only eurodisco band, no doubt they created the unique sound. But there were so many other bands in the 80's who copied the MT sound, look for Bad Boys Blue, Ocean Wings, Joe Lockwood, John Christian, CC Catch, Silent Circle, just to name a few, there is so much of this kind of music for MT fans to appreciate.Just type those words into youtube and you can listen to the music. I HAVE A COUSIN WHO WAS AN ARTIST MUSIC PROMOTER OF THE EARLY 70'S. STEVEN WAS GAY AND HE WAS FROM L.A. CALIFORNIA PROMOTING STARS ON STAGE IN THEM DAYS. STEVEN DID RIDE IN LIMOSINES PROMOTING SINGERS FOR THEIR NEXT APPEARANCE. STEVEN MADE A LOT OF SINGERS IN L.A. CALIFORNIA FAMOUS IN THE EARLY 70'S. STEVEN DIED OF HIV AIDS IN THE MID 70'S IN L.A. America is the country which face to racism and they think everything belong to them, even music.
In 1985 when they realized how successful could they be ,they tried to prevent from their popularity
in America because they need political puppet like michael jakson. plz compare Modern Talking songs with
Micheal and others.If Modern talking had been in U.S market, no singer could have survived for more than
2 years. They told them and asked them to be gay if they want to enter to America market. I'm Mehdi
from Iran and I bravely say Dieter Bohlen and Thomas Anders are the best.
