------ About the song Tower Of Strength performed by Mission U.K.
Wayne has said, many times, and it is in writing, that he wrote "Tower of Strength" for his fans. That it is his fans that he is singing about. And yes, it is a beautiful song, and very powerful to hear, live.

------ About the song Tower Of Strength performed by Mission U.K.
This song struck me the first time I heard it when i was in Germany just a few years ago. It was featured on an 80's alternative CD. I never heard it during the 80's, but I found out that the band, Mission UK, were the remnants of an 80's favorite, Sisters of Mercy. It has since become my guiding song when I feel down. I don't know what the band's intent was when they wrote and recorded it, but it is very spiritually deep for me.
