I love this song, I really do... it's got a lot of sentimental value for me, as I lost my mother back on '08. The moment I heard this song it struck a chord and made me cry. And so I'm practicing this song for my school talent show, which is something I think my mother would have wanted- she always told me to do a song that comes from the heart.

When my husband passed away last week, I kept thinking "Wait"..."come back"..."not yet". Then my son found this song, and the entire household was filled with sweet tears because of the perfectly matching sentiment. My adult kids say it reminds them of me from back in the day when I played and sang (not necessarily the same talent!), and they were drawn to this song for both of those reasons. Each time I hear this, I can't help but recall holding my dying Love. Heart-wrenching to be sure, but also very theraputic on an on-going basis.
