Million Dollar Question Lyrics - Radiohead
Review The Song (1)
Was always waiting for the crush
The car to drive right through the shops
To call in sick and late at work
And take a holiday..
Was always tangled up in knots
To keep myself from speaking up
But no-one's listening anyway
Just trying to bribe me..
And if it's alright, then what am I doing here?
And if it's alright, this place is gassed by fear
And if it's alright, I'll tell you, 'cause you never understand
And if it's alright, I'll beg you, 'cause I'm a begging kind of man
Today I wrote a bad cheque
Packed a bag and took a jet
But no-one's looking anyway
I hope they miss me
I just think maybe I'm making a mistake.

he used to say "here's the million dollar question"...will you marry me?? i never thought when its for real or mostly only a joke, like what a punch line!!! saying those word out of the blue, feeling light-heartedly, lying together in a "duyan" out in the beach in the cold moonlight night, ;course hes not for real, i never gotten a ring nor a single rose from him, after a while, i learned he'd given a ring to somebody else and i remember he said before he gotten a ring for me but forget it, he told me in my face i'll melt with such thought only, i'm a creep for him, then, eventually he didn't end up with the girl with "the ring" coz from the start its not just the ring he wear in his finger before we even met, but the girl whom he holds down in his heart who he have his "million dollar question".
