Million Dead are a London based band which came together early 2001. Comprising of ex-Kneejerk members, Frank Turner(vocals), Ben Dawson (Drums) they create an energetic, raw and melodic sound together with Cameron Dean’s unique Guitar style and Julia’s Bass.

Million Dead have been gigging around the London circuit and throughout the UK since Sept. 2001 and have supported the likes of The Icarus Line, Reuben, The 80’s Matchbox B-Line Disaster, Alec Empire, Pitchshifter, The Blueprint, Cave-In, played the Kerrang! weekender, and shared the stage with numerous other great underground bands.

The debut single, Smiling at Strangers on Trains and it’s B-sides received great acclaim from the Music Press and enjoyed spins on air from the likes of John Peel, Mike Davies(The Lock-Up,Radio One), Mary Anne Hobbs (Radio One Rock Show), Steve Lamacq and playlisted on TotalRock Radio (B-list for 8 weeks).

The plan now? Basically to play as many shows as physically possible! The debut album “A Song To Ruin” will be hitting the public on the 1st of Sept. 2003, with the second single “Breaking the Back” preceeding it on the 11th of August, 2003. Keep an eye out…..
