The lyrics, first of all, are wonderful and descriptive. There actually are a lot of metaphors within the lyrics, but I'm not sure if that was an intention or a coincidence. Metaphor, the first time I heard it, I didn't know what to think. First thing I thought was 'there's no way this is In Flames,' but the more I listened to it, the more it grew on me. It sounds very country, and for a death metal band to pull that off (as well as the many other things In Flames pulls off), it's wonderful. It gives you insight to their talent, their limits, their genre, and even their lives.
