Memorabilia Lyrics - Nine Inch Nails

Review The Song (1)

[Originally performed by Soft Cell]

wherever I go
I take a little piece of you
I collect
I reject
photographs I took of you

the towns I passed through
so many faces
so many places
I have got to have a memory
I have never been there
I have never had you

I can't remember
give me a reminder
I collect
I reject

memorabilia
(now girl... only it's flavor... bow down here)

keychains and snowstorms
the taste of your sweat
the look in your eye
I have been inside you
I know what it feels like
(wet as it is... the whiter the honey)
I collect
I reject

memorabilia
(goodies come in here all day)

give me a reminder
I can't remember
I collect
I reject

I love this song! | Reviewer: Nunu | 12/28/2007

I love this song!
I haven't heard Soft Cell's original but NIN's is great, it's like a dance tune but with that classic twist that Trent Reznor possess'. It's really upbeat but a bit sinister too, a classic anthem for all those people who love the dancey rhythm of Nine Inch Nails and probably for those who like Soft Cell too. A great track on The Downward Spiral.
