MASSEMORD was created in the middle of 2002 by Nihil (synth, guitars) and Namtar (vocals) – musicicans of local symphonic black metal band HEREZ. Just after suspension of HEREZ’s existence in September 2002 they decided to strengthen the line – up with another musician of HEREZ (PW – guitars) and continue musical activity, performing since then more severe and extreme black metal. In November SARS (bass) joined the band. During recording first official material (“Another Holcoaust Rises”) in spring 2003 PW left the band, but soon he was replaced by Voldtekt. “Another Holocaust Rises” was mastered by Maels (STROMMOUSSHELD) and released in June 2003.
Since then band concentrated on promoting their material as much as it was possible. They gained some attention in underground due to very good reviews. Since June to November band gave some gigs (with BESATT or TENEBROSUS for instance) including concert in Amsterdam, NL on 24th of October. During Fall 2003 MASSEMORD members were concentrated on recording their side – projects as QUINTESSENCE OF HATE and FURIA.
In January 2004 band released also their live material recorded in September 2003 during gig with TENEBROSUS.
Recording session of new demo started in winter 2004. Again material was recorded in musicians homestudios but this time it was mastered by Nihil. After few weeks “Hatred Towards Mankind And Life Itself” was finished.
