Lucky 7 is a young independent punk band from San Diego, CA. Their style is reminiscent of pop-punk and skate-punk groups like the Ataris, No Use For a Name, and Blink 182. They have posted many songs on their website at mp3.com and released two albums, one - "Miss Fortune" - through mp3.com. It is through these web endeavors that they have created a nation-wide following. They have won a number of awards including San Diego Magazine's Best Rock Band award in 1999 and 2001, and being named Mp3.com's best alternative artist in 1999.
