The band was founded in early 93 by Michael
Nicklasson-guitar, Peter Weiner-drums and Wojtek
Lisicki-guitar and vocals. Shortly after the bass player
Martin Furängen joined the formation.

Risen as a controversial result of life's misery and the
abundance of metal-will, but also on account of the
influence and inspiration from the old master bands: Morbid
Angel, Deicide, Celtic Frost, Forbidden, Coroner,
Immolation… and the great heavy-metal divinities from the
80's.

In the middle of 93, LUCIFERION entered a studio (Starec -
Växjö/Sweden) for the very first time and recorded an
unofficial five song promo. After the mix done in 94 the
promo was sent to Listenable Records in France and was the
only one tape ever sent to a record company.
