The title refers to a character from The Godfather, Luca Brasi, Don Corleone's most trusted and loyal personal enforcer. "So we've fixed you with cement galoshes" "Unless you have friends among fish, there'll still be no air to breathe." these part of the lyrics refers to how Luca Brasi was killed, cement shoes. A Sicilian message was sent to the Corleone family: a fish wrapped in Brasi's flak jacket.
