Luca Turilli's Dreamquest Biography

I was born in 1965 in Lille (north of France). Now I live next to Annecy sorrounded by the Alps. I discovered Hard-Rock music for the very first time thanks to a cousin who made me listen to DEEP PURPLE when I was 7. I fell in love with that kind of music.
A few years later, I was already listening to bands like KISS, QUEEN, AC/DC and TRUST.
I bought my first guitar (a Fender copy) when I was almost 15. The goal for me was the one of learning how to play the music of AC/DC and TRUST at first and then the one of IRON MAIDEN (which was really more difficult !). When I was 16 I played for the first time with a band (mostly AC/DC covers). During the following years, I played with different metal bands.
In 1990 my friend Alain Blanc and me founded the band DREAM CHILD with which we recorded 2 albums; but then I left the band in 1999.
In february 2000 the RHAPSODY adventure started for me when a common friend of Luca and I, Roger Wessier, proposed me to join the band for the first european tour with STRATOVARIUS and SONATA ARCTICA.
At the end of 2001 I felt the will of dedicating myself to my own compositions. That's why I decided to call my long time friend Philippe and together we worked on the project that soon would have been called INNERVISIONS.
