London After Midnight was formed in the early 1990s. Formed
by singer/guitarist Sean Brennan in Los Angeles, the band
includes Tamlyn (keyboard) and Michael Areklett (bass).
These members have been in the band since 1990 (Sean and
Tamlyn) to early 1992 (Michael). In 2001 LAM reunited with
their original guitarist Edward Hawkins and was joined by
new drummer, Joe S.
LAM began performing in Los Angeles in 1990 at the
legendary LA club Helter Skelter. LAM immediately began to
draw large crowds and always had elaborate stage settings
including several TVs playing bizarre video clips and stage
props that could have come from the Universal Studios
backlot, all made by Sean Brennan with help from Tamlyn and
guitarist Eddie Hawkins. Needless to say t More...

------ About the song The Black Cat performed by London After Midnight
I read what you wrote about the song the black cat from london after midnight and I was shocked by the strange , supernatural events you say happened,I mean,in the dreams, and the relation they have with real life.It is true he says black cats....or at least it sounds as if said in plural....maybe it's written like that,so everyone would only think he puts a strange accent in the ''t'',very common in european english speakers or even british...
However,I do not completely agree with you,I must say that black cats be thought as attractors for bad luck is just a demonstration of peoples' ignorance.A black cat crossing a street is thought yo bring bad luck, but, haven't you thought, that maube cats know and feel when bad luck is close and they simply cross the street to alarm you of the danger you might face if you walk through it,it's not that black cats bring bad luck,it's just that they have stronger sense and can feel the presence of paranormal creatures, spirits, ghosts, demons maybe.
Maybe you had this dream not because the cats brought you bad luck, the demons, but because by approaching you they are clearly expressing the proximity of these spirits to you,and how they are getting closer.Try thinking in other things that bother or worry you and get a conclusion,or try to establish a relation between the events or maybe things that happen in your life, also try to find an answer in your family...
Well, hoping you got an idea of my point and the thing about the black cats...cats are not evil, and they cannot be possesed because they have their own mystical power,so better use them as a tool, insetad of seeing in them the problem or an enemy.
Take care, and good luck with your mission.Good night, kisses from the Black Cats ;)
doesn't it sound plural in the real song? | Reviewer: patina rose
------ About the song The Black Cat performed by London After Midnight
If you listen closely, me and my friend reviewed it ourselves and he agrees with me. The lyrics say black cats as a plural.....in another words the script itself says black cat as one.... but if you listen very closely he says black cats as a plural. But the question I have to ask myself is WHY! lol.
it seems silly to write it one ways but it realy is actually a plural on the revenge cd. I have studied it very closely because strangely that song produced a strange nightmare, and it only happend when I listened to that song. so my friend is reviewing the cd now, and I have already decided that it is a plural......even my nightmare induced by the song was strangley more than one black cat, and consisted of three people being chased by very powerful demons as three black cats. I know it sounds crazy....but one of the other people standing in the dream was my brother. we never discussed the dream untill now, and he claims the same order of events as I recalled , we are both stunned and alarmed. the question is, why does that song say plural, when he claims a black cat to be a woman. my theory is that he had a nightmare about my beloved cat demons, and a woman happend to be there, along with my brother, who was chased out of the room by the cats, to leave them alone with eachother. who ever this woman is, is apart of a strange world that I have yet to find any answers. I came across this site researching edgar allan poes version of black cat. So it is not like im obsessed with these silly demon cats....it's just that they come in the power of three and they destroy lives, and cause problems for me and my family. So as you can understand I am fasinated by the composer of such a strange song, yet he frightens me altogether for some strange reason. all I know is thank god he lives far away, and I don't have to feel that crazy power of his presence that emits from his soul. he is not an evil person, but for some reason he carries a strange curse. Will the curse pass to anyone else? It may be just my family curse.
love much,

------ About the song Sally's Song performed by London After Midnight
I sense there's something in the wind
that feels like tragedy's at hand,
and though I'd like to stand by him,
can't shake this feeling that I have
the worst is just around the bend.
And does he notice
my feelings for him?
And will he see
how much she means to me?
I think it's not to be.
What will become of my dear friend?
Where will his actions lead us then?
Although I'd like to join the crowd
in their enthusiastic cloud,
try as I may it doesn't last.
And will we ever
end up together?
No, I think not.
It's never to become
for I am not the one...

It has audio from A Clockwork Orange. If that doesn't make you want to hear it already, then how about this: its the funkiest goth song I've ever heard!

------ About artist/band London After Midnight
Dark, haunting, elegant and beautiful. London After Midnight is one of the few bands to offer such a unique sound you surely won't hear with the other bands. Their music has this mellow sort of feel that sometimes feels just too surreal.
Definitely a band worth listening to any day.

------ About the song The Bondage Song performed by London After Midnight
Well the Bondage song isn't that bad and I myself am a big fan of London After Midnight. I say the Unchained Mix of this song is better because its better and also as more lyrics to it than the 1 minute version of the song.

Well all I can say about this song is that its totally one for the kinky goths out there. It has an evil sound to it and very disturbing lyrics for the weakened heart thats for sure but altogether its a good song.
