Review about Lightning Rod Meh, I don't believe some of them | Reviewer: Atari | 2/4/2008 I think a lot of the folk saying they don't like the new stuff are only saying to to be 'cool,' because they don't want to accept the fact that they like 'mainstream' music. Seriously, most of the stuff they have is great! Million Miles Away, Kids Aren't Alright, Staring at the Sun, One Fine Day, All I Want, Spare Me the Details; s'good stuff. Some old-school prolly wont enjoy this song but i like both old and new material from the offspring and this song has deep emotional lyrics and a great job vocally by Dexter. Great song one of my favs, and i cant wait for their new album that they have been hinting about on their website.
