This song relates to me so much right now. After I came back to work from the death of my son, the one who wanted my job decided to do everything possible to make me so upset that i'd want to quit.I'm not sure what sort of person would "seak the weaker til they've broken them". It's completely evil in my situation because they are making me want to "crawl back in my cage again" to hide my sadness. As corny as that may sound...I can't believe how some people can be so evil and think it's funny to play with someone's emotions.

I went to study 1 year abroad, and my gf and I considered ourselves soulmates promised to endure the separation time until we met again. 7 months have passed and yesterday she indirectly told me on the phone she was leaving me, I was bold and thought she was just temporarily upset. Today this song came in my Mp3 at the same time I saw this really nice sunset. I had to go home right away, because I just felt like crumbling just by watching this sunset and remembering how I am about to lose the love of my life. I am sort of a tough guy but that doesnt matter if you are about to be dumped by the person u considered a soulmate. What a beautiful song, my best wishes to those who also like it.

Life house is a praise and worship band I happen to know this because I listen to all of ther music and yes this song is about Gods love. im sher the band would be ofended that you would even take this song out of context. yes you can make it what you whant but it is and will always be a song about God that is what the band wrote it for. Go to u tube and watch the human video if you dont belive in God maybe this will chainge your mined. Trust me it will its that powerfull I was in this human video when i was in masters and it was just as powerfull to be in as it was to watch live all that to say trust me when i say this song is!!! about Gods love!!!!

Anyway, the previous comment threw me off a little bit. Woulda never guessed if was about the death of his sister. It sounds like its about a girl he's in love with. Oh and by the way, why would anybody think this is about God? Theres a few lines that definitely wouldnt describe feelings towards him. Don't get me wrong its cool to be religious and all..I'm religious myself but man some people just take it too far.. Someone posted a commented on the lyrics to piano man by billy Joel on this website saying the song was about Jesus being nailed to the cross.. Went into detail and all.. Come on now.. That's just crazy talk XD but anyway this is a really good song no matter what it's actually about

This song reminds me of my ex-girlfriend who had a love for me that felt was too strong for me. That kind of love requires equal love in return and I just wasn't ready for that kind of heavy commitment. I wasn't naive and I knew the deep pain I was causing her when I "watched helpless as you turned around to leave." A part of m died that day. I'm not sure if she'll ever be able to bury that pain. When I finally grew up I realized I let the best thing that ever happened to me walk away. To make a long story short, I eventually realized true blind love is hard to find. If you find it never let it go. We're married now and have three beautiful children and live on our vineyard out in the country. I became a raisin farmer and spend everyday trying to help her bury that deep pain I once caused her. And "After all this time I never thought we' be here". Her love was always blind, and now my love for her is also blind...
