We would take walks together, he was a loving dad. Then, when I was 10 it all changed. He left with no reason. Left my mother crying and hoping he'd come back. 1, 2, 3 years...we knew nothing of him. Sometimes I feel like crawling in a cage and hiding. I've had to deal with people that want to control every situation. I find this song hitting close to home.
