I agree with you M. Many people are indenial about her musicianship. People just can't see past all the outfits. I honestly believe that behind all the costumes, there is a talented musician many have yet to see.

I'll admit it, this is not my favorite song by GaGa. It doesn't show her vocal talent and versatility as much as others (personally speaking, "Bad Romance", "Bloody Mary" and "Electric Chapel" are my jams). However, I love how insane she is with the wardrobe, and the fact that she's pro-LGBT rights. Not to mention she's one of those artists whose live concerts REALLY deliver. To the person that said she swears: that's ridiculous; I hear this song all the time, that isn't what she's saying, and if it was, they'd have to bleep it on the radio. Which they don't.

Anyway, yeah, not the best, but it's the exception in the general rule that GaGa should have a spot in your iPod. Go, girl.

I'm Christian, and I like this song. People need to just chill the fuck out. I can also appreciate that she does what she wants, despite how 'controversial' it might be. That's her duty as an artist; push that motherfucking envelope.

Actually, it could be taken to mean that she is a sinner even though she wants to be virtuous...just like all of us are.

BTW, can you people actually read the bible before you go making omments about what it says? Judas does not equal "Devil" or "Satan".

A Satanist?! Surely you jest. The song uses a metaphor to convey the narrator's feelings about a harmful relationship with a lover. The lover is represented by Judas, and his relative antithesis, the Christ, is therefore what the narrator knows she should strive for in a relationship. However, she is unwilling to leave her current partner ("clinging" to Judas) for a better man, even though her current partner is "so cruel." My basis for this analysis is founded primarily upon a statement near the end, "Jesus is my virtue, and Judas is the demon I cling to." Gaga here calls her lover a "demon," and refers to herself as a "fool," implying that she is wrong to stay with such a bad person (for lack of better words). Truly, it can be argued that the song's metaphor is in poor taste, particularly considering its release during Holy Week. I would presume this was only to make the song relevant and controversial, as this is how the modern celebrity attracts attention to herself is it not? That, and wearing silly clothes. Timing excepted, this song is benign unless the public insists on making an issue of it.

The song is so catchy it's awesome that hot it got to be a big hit and its aobut a woman ebing with a man while fantisizing about being with a women. also it did not take 4 people tow rite Lady Gaga wrote it on a plane other people just put their names on it.

Well this song doesn't quite show her lung volume but does show her amazingly wide vocal range. It's even more incredible when you hear her hitting those low notes live. The rhythm and melody are brilliant too except for being a bit repetitive over time. Lady Gaga's very talented, especially when considering her songwriting skill and vocal ability.
