i could just listen to this song over and over and over again and never get tired of it, the first time i heard this song i thought it was a jamican pot head song with a really cool beat but of course when i listen to the words thats when i was really effected by it, i have to agree with some of the people on here that talk about organized religion theres nothing that bothers me more than some one who tells me HOW to love and find GOD this is between me and GOD not me and the church and GOD? this song really speaks to my spirit and just makes me wanna dance and praise GOD even if it looks silly, i dont care!

Whenever I'm feeling "off" I listen to this song & I remember where my strength comes from. It lifts me and gets me in tune with my Higher Power that is always here for me. I feel tremendous emotion when I realize I had been "drowning" I asked for mercy & was thrown a rope.I simply just have to believe. Anyway thank you to Matisyahu for writing this song filled with love and hope.

It is my personal opinion that orginized religeon is for the weak minded.looking to someone else to help you find god.The only place you have to look is inside yourself for only you can save you. I do agree with the statement that we all prey to the same god no matter what your religeon. It's not what you say it's what you do that will help you find god. But it all starts with you! I LOVE this song! As someone who was born into Islam then converted to becoming a Catholic and still could not find what I needed from a religion I turned to the mystic side of things. Every religion has one so no need to change your religion. Catholic = Gnostic Islam = Sufi Jewish = What Matisyahu studies lol. Listen I just wrote this down because maybe ONE person might like to know and I'm trying to help. Every word takes on a new meaning if you know and experience the truth. If you know the truth of the mystic teachings then you can not hate another human being it is just not possible with the new knowledge. to those who will fight against me .. I'm a Seventh-Day Adventist Christian and I obviously have some different views than those of Hasidic Jews, but I know that we all worship the same God. Anyway, this song is just so amazing; it makes me speechless. When I listen to it, I can't contain my emotions, lol. This song gets to me. It really speaks to me about the love for God that people can have. I have always heard Christian songs with shallow lyrics and a cleche vibe coming off of them. I'm glad there's at least one lyricist who can express his love without chanting the same cleche line 900 times in a row.
