Kim Weston was born in 1939. Not long after signing with
Motown Records in 1961, she married Motown producer and
songwriter William "Mickey" Stevenson. She is best known
for her hit duet, "It Takes Two," with Marvin Gaye, but she
also recorded plenty of solo songs. The songs reviewed
below are on the CD Greatest Hits and Rare Classics. She
and Mickey left Motown in 1967 and divorced in the 1970s.
