for wearing the badge, they're the chosen whites
You justify

by wearing the badge, they're the chosen whites

Some of those that work forces

Hippies Turned Rage-Filled Punkers | Reviewer: Jay | 2/11/2008
RATM is the real deal. In the 60s, there were the hippies and their nice sounding peace songs. They tried nice--didn't work that well. I looked at RATM's site, and they are for reals, not just making kickass music, but speaking out about injustice, like some poor peaceworker guy that got killed in a bogus raid--you can see this on the site. In "Freedom" they talk about the insanity of the whole Leonard Peltier tragedy. In this song, they are nailing the truth, many cops in the U.S. are KKK members or white supremecists, and carry that outlook into their jobs. And they are killing in the name of "Jesus, God, & white supremacy". And this song expresses it great, with rage, without compromise, great beats and riffs. Awesome. I love RATM!!!
Yeah not bad | Reviewer: Cop Killer | 1/20/2008
It's OK... sounded better 15 years ago but it's still OK. I'm not a yank though so I don't get as emotional about the lyrics as some other reviewers seem to.
i agree with josh up above | Reviewer: Anonymous | 1/15/2008
Its a great song, nothing like ratm, they tell the truth, Josh, I agree ever since gwbush won the rigged election theres been so much deceiving by the government under gwbush.
correct statement | Reviewer: Anonymous | 1/14/2008
firstly, this song is a great song and secondly the song is just stating acts of rebelion. It just explains about a small minority of people whom have nothing better to do the evidently disrupt order!!!

FUCK YOU, I WON'T DO WHAT YOU TELL ME!! | Reviewer: Josh | 12/26/2007
this is about rebellion. it isnt about violence i mean... in that sense with government;i guess it is. The #1 cause of death is the government.
government dogs. not saying every one of them are bad but... i mean... who doesnt join in order to follow orders? good or bad...
and now you do what they told you... your apart of their gang... you are apart of the solution? just being a bully. so you are justified by wearing the badge? not only whites... but apart of something... unholy. in other words. evil. killing in the name of? freedom? ha. like 9/11 huh? bs... you ignorant bastards.
we all know that its for oil. lazy asses.
after seeing 9/11... at the age of 14. i was angry. they used our anger. to justify. killing in that name? whatever they want. and the world keeps turning. The Illuminati/Builderberg/kkk/NWO=THE NEW WORLD ORDER CAN ALL KISS MY ASS. Power To The People! the fking polls were rigged for GWB election. nobody did a thing.
FUCK YOU, I WON'T DO WHAT YOU TELL ME!!
FUCK YOU, I WON'T DO WHAT YOU TELL ME!!
FUCK YOU, I WON'T DO WHAT YOU TELL ME!!
FUCK YOU, I WON'T DO WHAT YOU TELL ME!!
FUCK YOU, I WON'T DO WHAT YOU TELL ME!!
FUCK YOU, I WON'T DO WHAT YOU TELL ME!!
mother fucker.
If You Are In Mexico/Canada/USA... fking do some homework. you want a NAU?! fascist/communist bastards. NAU=NORTH AMERICA UNION... Without The Peoples Knowing! We Can Still Stop Them. i have my own badge ya know? its my heart. now just try to take that away i dare you.
and history will keep repeating itself.
basis of music | Reviewer: Anonymous | 12/23/2007
to the comment about how a repitition of words is a poor excuse for lyrics i have a rebuttal. now music is based on two major principals, tension and release. you cant have one without the other. even though it is your opinion tht this repition of words is useless it is actually a device to build tension. and if you dont believe me you can ask just about any seasoned musician and he/she will tell you the same thing.
awesome despite... | Reviewer: Anonymous | 12/14/2007
I know the lyrics repeat and theressome swearing but the repeats reinforce the message and the swears make it bad-ass like they are. also the music to this is awesome it always makes me wanna jump up and mosh or whatever this is an awesome song in my opinion
ragin' on, ragin' on... | Reviewer: nightwatchman | 12/5/2007
dear Forsaken,
i do on one hand agree with you to an extent, the lyrics are repetative. however, the song does have meaning, it oozes pure rebellion in all its glory. even if the lyrics are repeated over and over, zach de la rocha still manages to put forth a raging torrent of angst and energy by the mere tone of his voice. doesnt that count for something?
huzzah! they have regrouped and will be in australia in 2008! im seeing them in febuary
