Review about Kid Things Crows' Kid Things | Reviewer: Jcaraska | 2/19/2008 A hidden track for patient listeners of St. Robinson in His Cadillac Dream (as part of the This Desert Life CD), Kid Things is about as upbeat as the Crows get. A great garage band feel to this, drums coming in loud and clear, and unlike many of the Crows' cuts, this has almost a jaunty feel to it. Some nice mandolin work in this. Would be nice to get this as a single, had hoped it would have been included on Films About Ghosts, but no luck. If you haven't perused your local used CD shop, check out This Desert Life, and don't worry about the many minutes of silence that follow St. Robinson, because 'Kid Things' is worth the wait.
