Who, Super Furries, Blackalicious, DJ Shadow, Primals,
Beatles, Boards Of Canada - Playstations, and general
madness. Here they organise infamous gigs & parties…

'Processed Beats' is all Johnny Rotten style vocals,
rocking guitars and evil keyboards harnessed to heavy beats
& bass.

Kasabian are currently in the studio recording their debut
album with Jim Abyss (Unkle,DJ Shadow,The Music).

To the previous commenter: The original lyrics displayed here were the demo version of the song that was used in the film London Boulevard. They were different. They didn't have the "Lucy in the sky" line at all. And before you start screaming at people to get their lyrics right, maybe get your bandmembers right first, because Tom Meighan is not the one who sings either version of this song.

The song is based on John K. Vance's discovery about the CIA's MKULTRA project on LSD('John was a scientist,he was hooked on LSD').
Many countries tried mind-control with LSD.John and CIA wanted to learn how they managed to do it('interested in mind control and how the monkey held the key')[here,the other nations are taunted as monkeys].
Lot of confusion in the chorus-whether,'A solar system' or,'I sold the system'.

Who is Indie anyways ?! BITCHES !?! NOONE since the Monkeys died a tragic death of credibility theres not gonna be a comparable source of Pop-Inde which both Bands represented...Our audible world succesfully signed up for execution through rihanna, etc... Even Kingdom bands arent save from greed. Whic is - Mos Def - one of the saddest things I experienced in my short career as a lover of music which used to be intellectual challenging and delivering a message behind a few curtains of misbelief and boredom... If mankind will survive any fucked up end of te world scenario it wont survive our own greed........

older feel of course, but to the above reviewer a certain experience comes with having to relate. Rock and roll and everything that comes with it can represent a whole time period since music shapes generations. Everything to me at least, besides 'having everything', i can relate a few relationships to this feeling. beautiful superb song, with a burnout over livin it up.

I really like the tone of the song and the meloncholic upbeat of the song. When I looked at the lyrics though, I felt that they didn't apply to me. It sounds more like they were written by a guy in a rock and roll band, so the lyrics don't really apply to someone in the day to day world. I do like the song overall and I like the title of the song too. It is quite downbeat for Kasabian as well. I'm not even a fan, but I'm a fan of this tune.

I don't hear "a nothing" AT ALL.
