It gives me chills to this day and is especially poignant considering Stuart Adamson's early and tragic death. You can really feel his pain in this song. I saw them in concert at their peak and they were unbelievable. WTF, why aren't there bands like Big Country anymore? Only at the end does the band tip its' hand, crashing forward with explosive anger, expressing the rage such violence should inspire in all of us. Simply brilliant. While The Crossing was an amazing album, and many feel The Seer was Big Country's peak, I always felt Steeltown was their best effort, largely due to songs like this one.
