Wolfmother | Reviewer: Alex | 11/9/07 im from the uk and love them!! through complete chance, i switched onto c4 in nz while we were there in 2005 and joe (the presenter at the time) said that coming up would be a song from an exciting new aussie band, wolfmother. i stuck around because i always look out to hear some music of aussie and nz bands, and i began to watch minds eye and thats when i thought, these guys rock! i then next heard them in 2006 on a school exchange to france. my m8 was listening to his ipod and gave me permission to look the songs on it. and there, right at the bottom (i wasnt expecting it at all) was wolfmother. i listned to some of their other songs, trying to remember which song it was id heard the year before (i didnt find out till i looked on youtube for wolfmother, and the same vid to minds eye was there). a couple of months back, in the local hmv store, i was browsing for songs, and i thought, wolfmother might be here, mightnt they? ur m8 knows them. they could just be here. my mum called me, and just at the last minute, i saw the album, bought it and rocked away in the car and is permenantly in my ears everytime i switch my mp4 on! a couple of weeks back i then bought the please experience wolfmother: live dvd in the same store for a fairly bargain proce of £18 AND LOVED IT!!!!
