After a soul-deep sorrowful event, I surprised myself by watching a movie on a Christian t.v. station last night - it seemed to have a message just for me at this agonizing time in my life. I spoke with God and gained perspective. Then out of the blue "where do I go from here" popped into my head, remembered suddenly from long ago. Thank you God for giving me Hope, thank you God for giving me my lifemate, Thom, who is 48 today; thank you God for giving me life.

I was shopping here in S.Jersey when I overheard this beautiful song coming from the ceiling speakers in "Bath & Bodyworks." I asked the store clerk if she could find out the name of the song & the artist. Boy did I get lucky! Turns out this amazing song was redone by Camera Obscura. It took some doing but I found the lyrics here @ Blizzard MP3 (never heard of them). Everything about this song - music, words, lyrics, those voices - beautiful!

When I was a little girl,my mother(Fannie Louise Reeves Still)and I would go to my Great Uncle Paul's and Great Aunt Roseabelle"s house between Henderson and Kilgore,Texas on occasion to meet with Jim Reeves.Uncle Paul's sons(Frankand Charles)and have a Saturday night shindig at their house.I would sit in Jim's lap and he would sing while my mom played her harmonica and charles and frank played their guitars.Jim always told me that I was his little girl.I didn't know that he was famous until i was grown.I loved him very much.I remember the last time i saw him I wrapped my arms around his leg and cried.I didn't want him to go.I don't remember exactly how old I was,but I figure I had to be around six or seven.

Jesus said in God's house there are many mansions,hence even in the mansion in heaven I can only sleep on a bed in a room for privacy, our leaders must know that there is eternity after this sinful world, hence corruption should be stopped, we all came to this world physically empty and we are leaving empty and so this world is not our home,seek ye first the kingdom of God so we can share mansions together. Praise God!
