All hail Iron Maiden! | Reviewer: Lucas Madigan | 10/25/2005
Legendary British headbangers Iron Maiden's first compilation was released in 1996 as both a single and double-disc set; I own the single disc, even though it doesn't contain one track with original vocalist Paul Di'Anno. But the reason I bought the album is because the Blaze Bailey-era song "Virus" is only found on there: I love the way the song changes from a dark, acoustic ballad into a rumbling rocker, and it's one of Iron Maiden's most underrated songs. Still, the single disc is only for casual Maiden fans.
