Invisible Touch Lyrics - Genesis

Review The Song (3)

Well I've been waiting, waiting here so long
But thinking nothing, nothing could go wrong, ooh now I know
She has a built in ability
To take everything she sees
And now it seems I'm falling, falling for her.

She seems to have an invisible touch yeah
She reaches in, and grabs right hold of your heart
She seems to have an invisible touch yeah
It takes control and slowly tears you apart.

Well I don't really know her, I only know her name
But she crawls under your skin, you're never quite the same,
and now I know
She's got something you just can't trust
It's something mysterious
And now it seems I'm falling, falling for her.

She seems to have an invisible touch yeah
She reaches in, and grabs right hold of your heart
She seems to have an invisible touch yeah
It takes control and slowly tears you apart.

She don't like losing, to her it's still a game
And though she will mess up your life,
You'll want her just the same, and now I know
She has a built in ability
To take everything she sees
And now it seems I've fallen, fallen for her.

(key change)

She seems to have an invisible touch yeah
She reaches in, and grabs right hold of your heart
She seems to have an invisible touch yeah
It takes control and slowly tears you apart.
She seems to have an invible touch yeah (OOOH!!)
She seems to have an invisible touch yeah
invisible touch...

She seems to have an invisible touch...

Hidden truth | Reviewer: I Am Awake! | 5/11/13

I have been discovering how far the illuminati and Satanism go in music and with knowledge if you analyse these lyrics it seems far more plausible that he is singing about satan than a woman. There is plenty of evidence if you look at the work by Genesis, it points to the band being heavily influenced by this darkness which is killing us and our world. I do believe though that we can get clues and help to understand what we are facing and the truth kept from us if we analyse song lyrics. Some songs by Phil Collins like "dance into the light" seem to tell me that the light is going to triumph over darkness "take me home" and "another day in paradise" also suggests this too. Type "Phil Collins illuminate" into YouTube to find videos about this. Peace and Love to All.

Remembering Jane | Reviewer: Randy Johnson | 1/9/13

The first time I heard Invisible Touch I felt like it was written about my first wife. I loved her so much, she broke my heart, I should have walked away, so many times, but she was like a drug, and even thought I new she loved to hurt me I kept going back thinking somehow it would work out, she just taunted me, to her it was a game, untill the end. Forty years later,I still think of her, and what could have been.

A monster hit | Reviewer: Anonymous | 9/16/11

This was a monster hit for Genesis and for Phil Collins.
Together with "Land of Confusion", "No Son of Mine" and
"Hold onto My Heart", this song defined the 80s as much as it
defined Phil Collins. When performed live, the relentless
thumping beat of "Invisible Touch" had the crowd
pulsating.
