What some people don't understand is that, sometimes, the torment never stops. You think, "I can't wait till this is over so I can get rid of these losers." But, unfortunately, life doesn't always work out that way. This song captures that feeling, that knowledge, that epiphany that comes to you when you see that same guy in the mall or whatever.
