This song goes way back for me. This is one of the most well said songs that gets right the point. Everytime I hear it, I cry. Yes I am emotional and Sarah always hits the spot for me in her lyrics :)

I hate to tell you but this song was absolutely not written for the movie Message in a Bottle. Good gosh...The song is not listed on the album soundtrack. Also, Sarah's album, "Surfacing" was released in 1997 and the movie was released in 1999. Perhaps you're thinking of another movie?? It was used in an episode of "Charmed".
