My son is serving a life sentence, without the posibility of parole (since 2003). He came to the Lord in a powerful way in August. When I saw him on Chirstmas Day, he asked me to send him the lyrics to this song. We sang and worshiped together, our hands touching, yet separated by the glass between us. When we got to the part "I'll never know how much it cost to see my sin upon that cross", we both wept. To think that He died for our sins, and there is nothing we can do that will ever make him stop loving us. Its never too late to come back to Christ!! Please pray for Christ to be Lord, even in the hearts of prisoners encarcerated in the darkest places on earth.

I give thanks to the Lord God Almighty for using Chris Tomlin in this present time. This song is mostly meant to revive a man's Spirit and take him to a point of fellowship with the Holy Spirit. Any time that I listen to this song, two things are always in my mind. First, that Jesus should open my eyes to see beyond ordinary rem. Secondly, that He should send the Holy Spirit to come and teach me how to worship Him.
