Have you passed through this night? | Reviewer: HaraZen13 | 8/20/09 These 'lyrics' are not actually lyrics at all, but is an excerpt of dialogue from the greatest war movie ever made 'The Thin Red Line' which is an adaptation of the greatest war novel of all time of the same name written by James Jones. Obviously I am a great fan of this movie, and I am also a great fan of Explosions In The Sky, when I first heard this song I was completely awe struck, almost to tears. The dialogue marries so well with the music it is sublime, and I can think of no better honor to the existential elegy of War that Terence Malick created from James Jones novel.
