Starting in 1966 or so I remember when "Come Together" was #1 for MONTHS ANS MONTHS. I WAS 5 AND FOUND MUSIC, AND THE POETRY IN LYRICS. My first "ALBUM" was "The Partridge Family" and that has progressed through all phases from Rock, Blues, Progressive Rock, Blue Grass, Some "Classic Rap", Alternative, basically EVERY kind except Country (YUK). This tune REALLY speaks to CALM, COMFORTABLE, RELAXED... Wouldn't you say ? This song denotes that THE BLUES are a very flexable cord progression and the song writers for The Pink Floyd fit some VERY interesting subjects into these songs.
