The GERMS' story started uneventually in the summer of
1977. Two teenagers, Paul Beahm, white lower middle class,
into David BOWIE, glam rock and general androgyy and his
best friend George Ruthen, a half caste with roughly the
same qualifications, were attenting Santa Monica College.
They had met originally in the 8th grade, whilst cutting
acid and classes, and found they shared a common love of
music and troublemaking. Their philosophy term was a cut

this song is da bomb!!!!! i wish we had more bands like the germs, and yeah, im a die hard fan of the germs, i even got in toruble for some of their stuff, like having lexicon devil, the fast times and short life or darby crash, and i got in trouble at skool for screaming "WE MUST BLEED"!Its all in the name of darby crash, the germs will never die!!! we still got hope, im a lexicon devil!! I even have the arm band, and i no all the members names,nicky beat, belinda carlisle,daby crash}(aka Bobby Pyn),loran doom,pat smear,cliff hanger,don dolles,donna rhia,dinky, and they broke up early 1980, and darby killed himself, december 7th 1980, day after jon lennon died!!!!
