If this is what music is now, the I will be avoiding stations that play the "top 40" crap that now passes as "music." THIS IS NOT MUSIC. Get some Pink Floyd, Nightwish, Living Sacrifice, The Becoming...I could go on, but I don't want to. Here's a breakdown of each band I mentioned. Pink Floyd. A rock band who does some extremely creative music. Go buy Dark Side of the Moon, and if you want to scare yourself, turn it up so you can hear all the sound effects. Nightwish. Symphonic heavy metal. A band that is very hard to find in America, but I love their music, and that's all that I'll say about them. Love the band Nightwish. Living Sacrifice. Christian hardcore (all screaming.) "Subtle Alliance" is my favorite song by this band. The Becoming. A relatively new band. Christian Goth rock. Yes, that is a combination that works. "We Close Out Eyes" is a ballad by this band and is one of my favorite songs by them, as is "Under The Full Eclipse." I would recommend checking out the bands I mentioned on the Internet before buying their CD's. Just so you're sure what you're getting into.
