At the moment where he says "insane", the music becomes surprisingly joyful. That's what I appreciate in many Tony Banks composition : his capacity for non conventional composition (verse chorus verse ...) and his ability to express mixed feelings so perfectly. Another good example is "Calling all stations" I regret that he is not as well known a composer as Phil Collins.
