Review about Everybody Eats When They Come To My House What a Fendel Is | Reviewer: Anonymous | 7/9/2004
Re: the question mark in your lyrics
You're right; it's "fendel" (or fendle). It's Yiddish for "frying pan." Lots of Jewish food in this song. This song is loved by all kids (It's on the "Nicky the Jazz Cat" CD "Nicky's Jazz for Kids" as well as some straight Calloway CDs.) They love to think up rhymes for everybody -- Try the tutti-frutti, cutie! Have some marinara, Clara!
Thanks for having the lyrics; I couldn't get all the names just by listening.
