Evergreen Terrace is a genre-smashing 5 piece from the
armpit of Florida, Jacksonville. The band formed in
December of 1999 from the ashes of several local powerhouse
bands. Evergreen Terrace play brutal music mixed with
passion, melody, and heavy breakdowns. ET has been compared
to the likes of Poison The Well, 18 Visions, Indecision,
and even Metallica. Evergreen Terrace has spent the past 2
years building up their reputation for being one of the
most promising hardcore bands today. The band's live show
can be described in 3 words... chaotic, fun, and packed.
Evergreen Terrace is comprised of Andrew Carey - vocals,
Jason Southwell - bass, Craig Chaney - guitar/vocals,

    A Good song that was boosted to #1 On iTunes due to Gears of War Advertisment, (Xbox 360) Which has became the most popular Xbox 360 vidio game, this song was also aired in Donnie Darko (2001) Which stars Jake Glylenhaal, Jena Malone, Drew Barrymore. Gears of War has taken this song to the next level on gaming, even though hardrock is more settle for hardcore killing games, this song was the perfect fit, I dont belive anyother song could have fit Gears of War, so let's all thank Evergreen Terrace - Mad World

    For the record, more hardcore bands that remake oldies make em suk....but this one and most of Evergreen Terrace covers are well done...thought out...they don't ruin the songs by any means...you ppl should check out more of their stuff
