------ About the song Heaven Ain't Ready for You Yet performed by Emmylou Harris

I just recently purchased this song along with others by Emmylou. This song in particular reminds me of our Rememberance Day here in Canada. I believe the setting for this song is the Civil War in America in the late 1800's. It's a tale of courage, and found love. I don't know who penned this gem; thank you for allowing Emmylou to breath life into this song-poem. Along with the poppy I'll think of Rememberance Day when I hear Heaven Ain't Ready for You Yet.
