Since the age of 4 this former “Miss Vancouver Princess” has been working diligently towards her dream in the music industry. Born July 30th, 1987, Elise Estrada has continuously defied the odds climbing the charts of success.
After a series of accolades, including winning an International “American Idol” - like television singing competition in Canada and spending 3 months on the Top rated “Pinoy Pop Superstar” TV Series in Asia, Elise Estrada moved to Los Angeles where she landed a starring role in a Disney Television Pilot loosely based on her life as a singer.
In March of 2007, Elise went on to win “The Beat 94.5 Music Awards” competition in her hometown of Vancouver, Canada, earning herself a Recording and Management deal with one of North America’s premiere Independent record companies, RockSTAR Music Corp. After several months in the studio with pop super-producers including Adam H, (Loverboy, Rosette, Ray J, Ne-Yo, Di’Ja, George Clinton, and 1 Best Selling Artist in Korea for 2008, Li Hyori), Sean Hosein & Dane DeViller of BananaToons (Hedley, Jessica Simpson, Kelly Rowland, 98 Degrees, The Corrs), and Steve Smith & Anthony Anderson of SA Trackworks (Stacie Orrico, Laura Pausini, O-TOWN, Kumi Koda), and Grammy Award Winning Mixer, Orlando Calzada (Destiny’s Child, Kat Deluna, Jennifer Lopez) Elise Estrada’s self-titled debut CD launched with a continuous string of hits.
Currently on her 7th MediaBase Canadian Top 10 song in a row, Elise Estrada has surprised the nation by reaching an audience of over 504 Million to date, as well as topping the charts with two 1 Canadian singles. At The 2009 JUNO Awards (Canada’s equivalent to The Grammy’s) Elise Estrada received a nomination for “Best R&B/Soul Album Of The Year”, and went on to win The Canadian Radio Music Award for “Best New Artist or Group (Rhythmic/R&B/Urban/Dance)”, as well as several other awards including “The CHUM Emerging Artist Award”, a “FACTOR Emerging Artist Award”, and a “BDS 20,000 Spins Award” for her mega-hit “UnLove You”. Elise Estrada was also recently nominated for two MuchMusic Video Awards.
After touring sold out stadiums with superstars including The Backstreet Boys, Rihanna, Nelly, 50 Cent, and Lady Gaga, Elise Estrada continues to diversify her fairy tale-like career by returning to the small screen, starring in the MuchMusic television series, “Love Court” which debuted as the 1 highest rated show on the network.
