BORN: April 16, 1939, Hampstead, London, England
DIED: March 2, 1999

Britain's greatest pop diva, Dusty Springfield was also the

------ About the song It Goes Like It Goes performed by Dusty Springfield

I have always loved this song. It really goes to the heart of life itself. It is so easy to sing along or whistle it while I work. The vocalist is my pitch and quality. It is mine!

------ About the song In Private performed by Dusty Springfield

I heard this song during a trip through the USA in 1989. It was one of the best holidays I had in my life and I still remember this when I hear this song.

When I was back in the Netherlands I asked about it, but they did not hear about it then.

Later on, it came in the hitparade here.

My friend died recently at the age of 59.
At her funeral, her casket was surrounded by pall-bearers bowing their heads in respect, whilst the song played. It was so sad but beautiful too.

------ About the song See All Her Faces performed by Dusty Springfield

For Dusty who gave her all and was treated so shabbily in the end by Phillips, it is the crowning shame that her greatest work -- "See All Her Faces" -- has never received the credit it is due.

From the haunting title song to the final track, the ride is stunning, powerful and unforgettable.

Quiet please, theres a Lady on stage | Reviewer: Madison
------ About the song Quiet Please, There's A Lady On Stage performed by Dusty Springfield

For anyone who has been on stage..it is a humbling and vulnerable position.
These lyrics really nail this from a performers point of view and makes others think of the respect that performers deserve for their dedication to their ultimate art of expression for others to savor and enjoy! Take note the next time you are inclined to criticize or heckle.

Great song | Reviewer: Iwan
------ About the song Goin' Back performed by Dusty Springfield

I also prefer Freddie's version as Larry Lurex, but also the Springfield-version, the Byrds version and the Johnny Logan version are great!

The text is so timeless, beautiful
