Robo (drummer) re-joined a little later and Doyle left the Misfits... Of course its not the original Misfits, Danzig doesn't want any part of it (other than royalties from albums sold). Jerry Only is the founding member of the Misfits, he owns all the rights... So technically, Danzig was nothing but a frontman. However, I do agree with you, the old Misfits (Danzig era) were much better. Although Graves did a great job writing and performing the newer stuff, Danzig made the Misfits what they were back then and what they are today.
