takes me back to 2007 when it got famous. Also happens to be the same time i lost a dear friend of mine, we use to sing this song out loud together just before he got shot dead weeks later. Has as total diffrent meaning to me thn what its meant to be. been 4 years already, still it feels like he passed away yesterday&i still hear his voice singing this song with me whenever i sing it...miss u brotha, another day without u i view as another day closer to u. rest assured ur little daughter r being taken care of!! till we meet again bru. 19-08-2007.

A friend of mine told me she thinks it's about commiting suicide. The "kingdom" spoke of is Heaven, the "pain being washed away" is the relief death would supposedly bring. A bit morbid so I'm not sure if I should believe it or not.
Still, this is a great song. It's really well-put together and it just sounds amazing. The lyrics too, though morbid as I said, are great.

this song reminds me of everyone i have ever lost especially my friend megan elaine delgado and my couzin john edward olguin i love and miss them very much...my cousin left this world 9/19/08 and he was the best he took me to places i had never been before and everytime i was down or mad he had me laughin i miss him so much the only thing i have left of him is memories and they are very keep sake....and my friend megan i met her in 6th grade but i didnt talk to her till 7th cuz i sat by her in science and im glad i talked to her cuz from den on i new i had someone to depend on and she always had a smile on her face and she had no enemies everyone loved her and if everyone else out there met her you would have loved her to...well i cant wait to see them again hopefully sooner than usual well idk its all up to the man upstairs so ya
