The arrangement of the horns, strings and lyrics were hypnotic. Ashford & Simpson made Ross sing to the top of her vocal chords. Listen to her hit those high notes. Never before had Ross reached into her high register. And let's not talk about the cover of the album. Again...flawless! There are other cuts like 'Once In The Morning' and my other favorite 'No One Gets The Prize' that should have been released as a 12" single, but Motown bombed on that move.
