DJ Khaled (born November 26, 1975 in New Orleans, Louisiana), is an Palestinian American rapper and DJ. His debut album was released in stores on June 6th, 2006. DJ Khaled is a DJ on an urban-formatted radio station in South Florida, WEDR 99 Jamz, weekdays from 6pm to 11pm in the TakeOver with K. Foxx. A regular feature on illegal underground radio stations, DJ Khaled has, at various times in his career, gone by the monikers of "the Arab Attack" (discontinued shortly after 9/11/2001), "Big Dog Pitbull", "Terror Squadian", "the Beat Novacaine", "the Don Dada", "Mr. Miami", etc., although most listeners still know him as DJ Khaled.
