Gorillaz is an awesome band :) But I'm getting tired of coming to this page and seeing the obvious mistake in the lyrics. People keep changing it back! The lyrics are actually "It's there" not "It's dare" the only reason it's called Dare is the fact that Shaun Ryder's voice makes it sound like he's saying "It's dare" D.A.R.E.
