Reviews about Domestica this record is so powerful | Reviewer: Anonymous | 1/26/09 I'm not the type to do album reviews or blogs, but I had to get this out: this album damn near destroyed my relationship. I have a tendency to get wrapped up in really good albums, and this being a really good album attached to it quickly. The thing is, living with something so dark and real and powerful as this album can change you if you get to absorbed in it. I'd had conversations with my girlfriend where she sounded like she was singing the martyr. I had had shouting arguments with her where I felt like I was in a red so deep. This album can take your fights, your darkest times, and make them so beautiful you want to keep replaying them, and thats a dangerous thing. This is one of my favorite albums ever. The emotion it provokes can't be paralleled by many. But still, its hard to recommend people to listen to it. Review The Album Domestica | |
