Furthermore the pentagram sybolizes the four western elements along with the abstract 5th, the top one which can be but is not limited to symbolizing power/spirituality/abilities. So in my opinion the idea of the pentagram's appearance in this song is perfectly logical due to Lovecraft and his circle's dissection of mythological beasts into different elements (Cthulhu being water). Filth knows his stuff, so don't just think he pulls in random macabre for its aesthetic placement, there is clearly logic involved. Lovecraft and his circle delegated these primordial beasts into elemental distinctions, Cthulhu being an agent of water. And don't even start about the pentagram having anything to do with biblical mythology. It is rooted in paganism and as a symbol has been prominent throughout Western Europe for centuries due to its supposed protective qualities. Anyhow, my point is I think its quite logical for Filth to incorporate the pentagram into this song.
