A single word, "fearless," describes the way Crystal Lewis is approaching this time in her life. It also happens to be the title of her upcoming album. This will be Crystal's 16th release and brings her together again with Kirk Franklin. He will be lending his production talents on several of the vocal tracks. Musically, Brian Ray, the album's producer, magically blends together what Crystal is most known for -- pop and R&B. The title, Fearless, was inspired by 2 Timothy 1:7. "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." This is a verse that Crystal has tried to remember and live by all of her life. I noticed it was very powerful and beautiful at the same time. It was Crystal Lewis' spanish cassette. I fell in love with it and was especially drawn to this specific song. Now that i listened to it 4 years later my eyes got all watery. Crystal lewis has one of the most angelic voices ever. I hank the Lord for her existence and desire to sing for Him, not using her talents for the "world". But the lyrics was actually different from what we're actually singing in the Gospel Choir earlier. But for me, it doesn't really matter, 'cause I'm not really choosy, unless if I don't sing.
