------ About the song Welcome Home performed by Coheed And Cambria
Some people obviously just don't understand. Maybe they don't understand this song, or Coheed, or what. But ANYWAY, for those who DON'T know, every song released by Coheed and Cambria has a story behind it. Literally. There is a comic book series that is/was released that go along with every one of their albums. And this song, off of the album Good Apollo I'm Burning Star IV: Volume 1: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness, is about the Writer falling into madness about a dishonest former lover, Erica Court. This song happens to be at a time when the Writer was hostile towards her.
You're welcome.

------ About the song A Favor House Atlantic performed by Coheed And Cambria
So does anyone know the story behind this song? I can't figure out what it's about. Coheed sing rock-operas about the comic book frontman Claudio writes. This song appears in their "first" album (second stage turbine blade)and is titled "bye bye beutiful," they're almost exactly the same. That makes this song some sort of chorus for their story, since each album is a chapter in the saga. I really wanna know what's going on in the story during these songs, but I don't own any of the comics. :(
Which is obvious cuz everything you just said is bull shit

------ About the song Devil In Jersey City performed by Coheed And Cambria
its not about rape. its about the scene in the second stage turbine blade/the amory wars where josephine is killed by the jersey city devils(hence the name). Claudio is a god of music. Greatest band of ALL TIME
You're wrong. The Jersey City Devils beat the shit out of patrick (josephines bf) then rape the shit out of her. Then she goes back home and then Coheed bashes her skull in with a hammer.
Do your homework before you embarass yourself

------ About the song The Final Cut performed by Coheed And Cambria
When people say a certain song will help them through certain times or just get them buy. That is a complete understatement for this song. One of the greatest songs ever written and performed live with every rendition they can come up with.
Darkest side of emotions | Reviewer: Wazzombie
------ About the song Welcome Home performed by Coheed And Cambria
The song talks about the darkest fear lied within the emotions, emotions that rise when darkness take control over ur mind, emotions that rise when light betrays you, emotions that rise when even highest of the goodness is sacred of,emotions that rise when evil shows you a path towards hell, emotions that can kill the faith inside you,you will have on choice but to take the path of darkness. That is where you get betrayed.... Then u hear "welcome home"

------ About the song Time Consumer performed by Coheed And Cambria
Actually, this is too early for Coheed to kill Matthew and Maria, for that happens in 'Everything Evil'. This is just when General Mayo tells Coheed he has to kill them because they carry the 'Sinstar'. Which is, of course, Mayo's deceit to ensure the future ruling of Wilhelm Ryan so the Crowing doesn't rise. But he still does :D

------ About the song Always And Never performed by Coheed And Cambria
Coheed and cambria has got to be my favorite bad of all time! :) there music is original they have a very unique sound that catches the ear. Trivium and coheed have to completly different sounds. But love this song great guitar and great band!
To cris: The lines are a reference back to Everything Evil. In that song, it was "Jesse, come look what your brother did. He did away with me". It was Coheed's daughter calling out to Jesse (Coheed's "brother") after Coheed killed her.

------ About the song Time Consumer performed by Coheed And Cambria
all the songs are about the comics or graphic novels.
this song is about coheed killing his twin children maria and mathew with poison that mayo gives him and coheed explaining to cambria what he must do.
these guys are my favorite band and this is my second favorite song, theres a book they actually do follow, theirs songs mostly have to do with it. buts its not just one book its the whole series, ya kno there sign? the triangle with 3 circles on it. thats the sign for the book, it represents the three worlds in the book. lol im trying to remeber wat its called...hmmm... well anways. their band name also has to do with the book. the parents, coheed (guy) and cambria (women) are in the book, they killed almsot all thier children accept claudio, the main character, and he has a power, wich is called the crowing. and the crowing is a song. lol sry this message is long just alot to tell lol

Coheed&Cambria are great live! You should have gone to see them when they were in Chicago for five days(each day different album) They were just amazing, like J said, its insulting to compare them to slipknot and trivium. C&C are very talented and ORIGINAL!...

------ About the song Faint Of Heart performed by Coheed And Cambria
Faint of Heart's is Al's rifle...But I do have to agree with another commenter, this song does have a really sexual undertone to me! So I really have no idea what it's about, whether it be Ambellina or the gun... We will never truly understand Claudio's intentions, if you ask me. This is why I love Co&Ca, though!
I agree with these two. It's definitely "let your rabbit go run."It doesn't make sense to let your "radical" run. And i do recall the other songs mentioning a rabbit so there is definitely a connection.
So I like read this song but I didn't really get it because it's kind of stupid.
You know I bought a drink today, but I really just wanted a donut roll. Why the fuck did I buy a drink? I don't get it, why did I buy a drink when I was hungry?
Did I think I was a fucking astronaut who could drinnk water with some powder then it would turn into a turkey dinner when it got in my stomach?
What the fuck?
I'm not an astronaut, it makes no sense! WTF! Can you help me understand why I did this? This song didn't help me at all, it only brought more questions to mind.
Like, why the fuck did I just read this song? I've never heard of it before in my life, I don't get why I read it. I sung in my tune, and I suck at singing. So automatically the song sucks, and just doesn't make sense to me at all. Wtf is Matt doing over there ,he's so weird.
I am fluent in spanish and english,
and to me it sounds like: "Feliz seria, a que hora"
which would translates to: "happy i would be, and what time/hour"
which makes more sense, to the armory wars and the song itself.

------ About the song Welcome Home performed by Coheed And Cambria
Every day i play with my band and we cover all songs of Claudios work and my friends always tells me that i look like Claudio when he was younger. When we play all of his songs and i play electric guitar and do vocals just like he does and i can sound exactly like him and its scary because i feel like him.I am starting to grow my hair like his so when i meet claudio next time i am going to say maybe when he is retired from making more of his albums and he is getting old that i should take his place and continue on his story and work. this would be a good idea but it would take alot because there are die hart fans that would want to take his place to.

------ About the song Wake Up performed by Coheed And Cambria
@Your doing it wrong: it is intact about heartbreak, and Im not just making shit up. That is Claudio's intention, as it is the beginning of a character called "The Writer"'s slow decent into madness which ends in him killing Erica Court. See the Willing Well III: Apollo II: The Telling Truth. If you don't want to believe the truth with solid fact right in front of you, then you can miss out on one of the most amazing stories I've ever heard told by song.

Dear Anonymous,
Have you see the footage from Live at Starland Ballroom or The Last Supper? Even comparing C&C to mediocre bands like Slipknot is insulting, they're truly one of the only talented and original bands these days.
