Chris Rea Lyrics

Left handed singer/song writer Chris Rea was a late starter
in anyone's terms, learning guitar (as a right hander) in
his late teenage years and released his first single "So

After several years refining his skills in a local band
"Magdelene" later

------ About the song Stainsby girls performed by Chris Rea

Having only relatively recently come to know about Chris Rea (I was introduced via "Dancing Down The Stony Road) I can honestly say that I have not encountered any of his music that I do not totally enjoy. Wheteher it is the aforementioned ballad or his Blue Guitars, he is absolutely fabulous. Please note that I am not a teeneger but 67 years old but I can still enjoy good music i.e. Chris Rea

------ About the song The mention of your name performed by Chris Rea

Beautiful orchestral arrangement - sad, melancholy. One of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard in my life. I can also really relate to the lyrics - so simple but says it all when you lose that one love of your life.
