Well yes, that's fairly obvious, but also, I really doubt there's a deeper meaning behind that contradiction. I view Choking Victim/Leftover Crack's lyrics as the kind of thing that one might finish really quickly if he or she were on a deadline, and not have time to look back over. Sometimes you get your best thoughts and emotions out that way, when you don't have time to overthink it, and sometimes it doesn't make much sense. Either way, the music is fucking amazing.

Do you notice at the end where it says, "There is no better way to kill yourself than suicide"? That just contradicts itself so many times over. Maybe Stza didn't realize it, but actually, there is no other way to kill yourself than suicide. 'Suicide' and 'Kill yourself' are pretty much synonymous.
